MSK-111A-ES is a bench-top high precision automatic stacking machine with Argon glove box compatibility to ensure the pouch cell electrode stacking that is required to be done in the protective gas atmosphere. In its "Z" fashion stacking method, Anode and Cathode electrodes are alternatively stacked with the separator film in between.
  • Advanced Features:
    • Compatible for stacking for both regular electrodes and pure Lithium anode electrodes in the Ar glove box or dry room.
    • PLC Touch Screen Control allows easy control
    • Auto electrode pick-up & stacking via vacuum manipulators
    • Auto separator cutting and feeding for each battery.
    • Adjustable mechanical electrode fixture for accurate electrode positioning
    • Auto tension-controlled rotor for separator feeding
    • One set of 80x50mm stocking die fixtures is included for immediate use.
