Vacuum chamber

• Vacuum chamber made of stainless steel with water cold jacket- • Vacuum Chamber dimension: 400 mm Dia. x 400 mm Highlight
- • Built-in Quartz window ( 120 mm dia ) for observation.
- • One KF25 and one KF40 vacuum port are built in the back of chamber (Pic. 1)
- • LF160 Port is built in the left of chamber for connecting to a turbopump.
