This is a High Pressure Vessel made of stainless steel 316 alloy with max. 650ºC working temperature. (Note : Customization of various chamber size is available upon request)
○ Never use the vessel beyond 650C without aproven by MTI ○ If working temprature > 50ºC, ○ pressure gauge must be remote from vessel
Observation Windows
•Two quartz made observation windows are built on flanges •window size : 0.62" Dia ( 16 mm )
Pressure Gauge
•One high pressure gauge is installed on a flange •Pressure range : 0 - 25 Mpa ( equal to 0 - 3650 PSI)
Valve
•Two needle valves are installed on each flange separately to control gas flowing •1/4" tube fittings are installed on the vlave to connect stainless steel pipe ( pipe is not included, please click picture below to order )
Safety Release valve
•One safety release valve is installed on the left flange •Release pressure is preset at 2250 PSI •The valve is recoverable. Once pressure > 2250 PSI, the valve will open automatically, and it will close when pressure < 2250PSI ( please click picture left to see detail specs )

Saffety Warning
•When operating the high pressure vessel, operator must wear safety goggles & gears and be well trained. •The use of material which can cause corrosion to stainless steel is prohibited.
It is the user 's sole liability to keep vessel in good condition. •The high pressure vessel must be placed into an explosive proof box, a container or an oven under high pressure.
