  • MSK-NFES-4LD model electrospinning equipment is a complete unit for making Nanofiber or coating on substrate.    Its user friendly software, task oriented design, ease of operation and competitive pricing are certain features that place our equipment ahead of other products available in the market.    MSK-NFES-4LD syringe pump render a smooth and uninterrupted flow enabling uniform spinning.    Thel high voltage power supply delivers 0-30 KV output voltage range with a maximum current capacity of 0.5 mA.    A stationary target, an XY moving target and Rotating mandrels of six different diameters are supplied along with the unit.
  • MSK-NFES-4LD model fume hood provides an enclosed atmosphere with transparent side walls to monitor the electro spinning process.    The inbuilt heater can raise the process temperature up to 60°C.    A common electronic control unit is integrated within the hood.    The hood also has features like exhaust fan, granite work surface and optional features like high bright halogen lighting, duct of custom dimension to be connected to an exhaust duct available onsite etc.
  • Nanofiber Electrospinning unit is a system for producing ultra-fine fiber with diameter of 20 - 1000 nm.    The nanofiber has very high specific surface area, small diameter and large porosity.    There are more than 100 kind of polymers could be used as raw materials.    Such as PEO, DNA, PAA, PLA, and also protein, collagen, organics such as nylon, polyester, acryl resin, and PVA, PS, PAN, peptide, cellulose, so on and so forth.    Electrospray coating unit is an apparatus for electrospraying a coating material onto a substrate.    Compared to Electrospinning process, electrospray coating requires a lower viscosity solution and much higher voltage.
