Vacuum & Gas Ports

devices such as humidity detector, or heating plate to the
chamber
• One pair of gas inlet & out port for gas flow
• Require a vacuum pump with KFD25 Bellow pipe, please

• One 4 pins vacuum-tight Aviation Power Connector is built
inside the chamber, which allows using some electric
devices inside the vacuum chamber
• Please order option 3 Pin Aviation Power Connector with
cable for supplying power to the inside of the chamber.
