Moving Mechanism for RTP
| - The moving mechanism is installed on the back of the furnace to insert or lift the vacuum-sealed flange for fast heating or fast cooling.
- For fast heating: Preheating box furnace, then insert the quartz tube into the chamber (~ 1ºC/S)
- For fast cooling: Lift the heated tube to the outside heating chamber and blow cool air ( ~ 1ºC/S )
