• Input Voltage (± 10%): 208 - 240 VAC, three phases.- • Max. Current for induction heater only(± 10%): 38 A (under 240 VAC), 44 A (under 208 VAC)
- • Max. Output for induction heater only: 15KW
- • Three power outlets (single-phase) are built-in for a vacuum pump, water chiller, and spare
device. (Additional 3~4 KW or 10 A energy consumption may be needed.)

Vacuum chamber
|
• The vacuum chamber is made of stainless steel- • Vacuum Chamber dimension: 400 mm Dia. x 400 mm Highlight
- • Bilt-in Quartz window ( 120 mm dia ) for observation.
- • Built-in the rocking arm to rotate crucible for casting into a water-cooled copper or refractory mold
at the controlled atmosphere. - • One KF25 and one KF40 vacuum port are built at the back of chamber (Pic. 1)
- • LF160 port is built on the left of the chamber for connecting to a turbopump.
- • Optional secondary material-adding port ( KF25) to connect a manual screw feeding tank
( Pic 2-4 ) at an extra cost, which can feed 3 types of the dopants into crucible during melting

Crucible & Casting Mold |
• Two graphite crucibles are included for melting for 1000g and 300g max based on Fe alloy- • BN liner for graphite crucible is available upon request at the extra cost.
- • Standard Alumina coated graphite casting mold size: ID50x90Hmm is included. Customized
casting mold is available upon request at extra cost. - • Customized casting mold is available upon request at extra cost.
- • Water Cold copper mold is optional at the extra cost (as Pic. below)

Atmosphere
|
• The furnace is designed for flowing high purity Ar gas up to 0.5 Bar.- • The mechanical Pressure gauge is included from -0,1 MPa to 0.2 MPa
- • Vacuum level: 5x10-6 torr within 60 minutes via turbopump ( optional ).

• No temperature control.- • You may adjust the output power level of the induction heater to achieve suitable melting
- • The digital IR temperature control unit is available upon request at the extra cost
