EQ-SP-50KTC-M is a temperature-controlled induction melting system with multi-cavity, which can melt and solidify multi-alloy rod of 5-8 mm diameter at different composition up to 2000°C It is an ideal tool for high throughput material genome research to search new generation alloy.

  •      •  Attention: Protective inert gas must be continuously filled throughout the experiment in
            order to protect the graphite crucible and C thermocouple. The flow rate for gases should
            be limited to < 200 SCCM ( or 200ml/min)
  •      •  The Induction melting system is designed for use under vacuum and low pressure < 0.02 MPa
  •      •  Attention: A two-stage pressure regulator must be installed on gas cylinder to limit the
            pressure to below 3 PSI for safe operation.

  •      •  Never heat the furnace while the gas release valve is closed and a positive pressure condition
             exists within the furnace chamber. The pressure gauge must be used to closely monitor the
             chamber condition at all times during the heat process
