Application Note
| - Disassembling the battery and placing the Nickel plate inside the battery must be operated under a glove box with humidity < 3.1 % RH or Dew Point Temperature < -25°C. Never open charged Li-Ion battery in air to avoid firing.
- L shape Nickel plate for the internal short circuit is available upon request (Pls click pic. 1-3 below to see where Ni-plate shall be placed).
- You may use our cylindrical battery cutter to disassemble charged cylindrical cell under a glove box ( click pic 4 bottom to order)
