Application Notes
 
| - For longer furnace service life, we recommend the heating rate not to exceed 10 °C /min.
- Cooling rate should not exceed 10 °C /min either.
- Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use. This is a normal occurrence and the cracks may be repaired with the alumina coating
- Heating module is easy to replace. Click pic left to order spare the Heating module for replacement
- If firing material release vapor or smoking, please put the furnace into a fume hood as the left picture.
- Toxic, corrosive or explosive gases are not allowed to use with this furnace without necessary safety controls or supervision.
